dbg: So I’d love to take the time to become a better photographer.  But where would I go about finding immaculately made-up models, a swimming pool and a pretty horse? Are top photographers just really good at organising? By Steven Klein The answer is yes, partly. But top photographers also, at any one point in time during a shoot have the following people possibly helping them: Photographer’s assitant (in his case, probably multiple, and maybe an intern) Photo stylist, Model stylist Art director (if it is a commercial shoot) Trainer (for the horse) .. could be more than that….

The answer is yes, partly. But top photographers also, at any one point in time during a shoot have the following people possibly helping them:

Photographer’s assitant (in his case, probably multiple, and maybe an intern)

Photo stylist, Model stylist

Art director (if it is a commercial shoot)

Trainer (for the horse)

.. could be more than that….
