Big Ass Fans
Do I need to say more? These things are awesome! I want a big open studio space someday, with one of these flying overhead. I’ve seen one first hand (in the old TWA hanger at the downtown airport) and they are really amazing. Plus efficient. Click for more information.
Background Info:
These fans spin very slowly, so don’t worry about chopping off your head. They spin slowly to reduce energy consumption, but because the blades are numerous and large, this moves more air again being energy efficient! They have a new model that supposedly only uses the energy equivalent of 1 small lightbulb.
