City Lights
An illustration I completed recently, based upon a photograph I took in Manhattan years ago. I’ve been wanting to do something with that image for a long time. This will be adapted into a poster shortly, and put up in the shop as soon as I decide what size it should be.

Snow Ski
Done and in the shop. Not much has changed since the previous version you saw, except some added subtle texture. I fooled around with adding ski trails, but they didn’t look right, so I just kept it simple instead.

Cypress Row
My new print available through CB2. A massive 48” square print, and I am really excited about it. A black & white photograph taken with a Holga, and added color in post. I wasn’t crazy about adding the color at first, but they wanted to see that. And I can honestly say I’m happy with how it turned out.
On a sad note, I just found out a few days ago the farmer has cut these trees down. I take a photo of these every time I go home; it is an understatement to say I will miss them.

Coming Soon: New prints for sale!
I’ve been working on some new prints to sell in my shop, which will be 12” x 18” posters printed on French Paper. Here is a sneak peek at the first one. It isn’t quite finished yet; just a few more details to add. Hopefully the finished print will be up in the shop later next week. There is a second print that will closely follow.

EVRT News + Visual Stream Tumblr!
In case you haven’t been to my personal site in a while, I have been giving it a new look. And for the first time I can actually say I am completely happy with it. The gallery page which is running on Cargo will eventually become work.evrtstudio.com (waiting for the DNS to switch over). I also created an integrated tumblr news log and visual stream of sorts (photo above). I will no longer be posting my personal work on this blog, so if you care to hear about updates as far as EVRT Studio goes, click through and follow.
I’m working on a new splash page also for the main site, but it probably won’t be done until after the new year.

I finally have my Cargo site set up with at least a few projects. And now www.evrtstudio.com is pointing to it, to use as my main site for now. I have to say, I really like the Cargo hosting, including the options for general site layout. I wish it were more of an installable CMS though, and hopefully they will offer that in the future.
Anyway, there is not much up at the site right now, but more than was on my main site before. There is one new full project I have only shown a glimpse of before, so stop by the site to see the rest of the Spring Blossoms At Night series.
