Everything All The Time

About

Multidisciplinary Inspiration

With so many great categories of design, it is hard to just focus on one. Which is why this blog will focus on a little bit of everything: architecture, furniture, product design, illustration, various artists, etc. Curated by Brian Everett of EVRT Studio in Kansas City

A look inside the offices of Blu Dot
The blog “Where We Design” gives us a look inside Blu Dot: one of my favorite furniture companies. As if I wasn’t a big fan of their company before, now I can only stand still with my jaw flapping in the wind in the awe of what it must be like to work here.
Click through for more, and also check out the full blog of “Where We Design”, unless of course you cannot handle the jealousy that will ensue.

Hidden Lines by Studio JVM
Take it from someone whom basically minored in Art History and has always admired Cathedrals: this is a dream. Maybe one of the more incredible home Libraries I have seen. Studio JVM took advantage of this vaulted room, and created an amazing Cathedral inspired bookcase, completely made of cardboard. I need to recreate this in my house someday. This one goes on my permanent bookmark list as ultimate inspiration.

» Take a look at the new Twitter offices

Honestly I have no interest in Twitter. It is just one more thing I don’t want to sign up for. Plus I don’t know what I would use it for. And personally, I think it is only a matter of time before people get bored with it and move on.

Anyway, they have a pretty sweet new office in San Fran if you are interested in seeing what it looks like.
