There isn’t much background information on “These Are Things”, but they have created this awesome world map, silk screened in 4 colors. It does not have every single country, but instead is just a nice simple representation of the world.

An Apple A Day Poster by Vik
This is a fantastic idea! Peel the sticker off of your apple and place it on the poster. Helps keep you motivated to eat an apple everyday, and the results are pretty cool with all of the various sticker colors. 18” x 23” print for $24

Dymaxion Map by Michael Paukner
A recreation of Bucky Fuller’s Dymaxion Map. I think this is great, but I would have loved to have seen a different take on it, rather than a direct recreation in a different style. Michael’s work is still very impressive, and you should glance through his site

Ñ by Joel Lozano
As part of an exhibition on Typographic letters, Joel was asked to recreate the Spanish letter “Ñ”. He used one of the most basic ways of direct printing or block printing: potato stamps. He ended up with a really detailed and fantastic piece, and judging from the other designs in the show, I would say his by far is the stand out.
