Everything All The Time

About

Multidisciplinary Inspiration

With so many great categories of design, it is hard to just focus on one. Which is why this blog will focus on a little bit of everything: architecture, furniture, product design, illustration, various artists, etc. Curated by Brian Everett of EVRT Studio in Kansas City

» Growing Up Heroes

This is a great new tumblog, featuring old photos of kids dressed up in wacky super hero costumes. Worth a look anyway…

» FWA Photo

This has to be one of the better or best ‘user experience’ photo sites I have seen, even if it is Flash based. Stunning navigation and effects. And amazing photography to boot.

» Core (CMS)

Core is a very clean and simple Content Management System for designers / photographers / illustrators, etc developed by Simon Jakobsson. This is a great alternative to Cargo (seeing how it almost looks exactly like it)

LyricSift
This is a cool little one page site, that randomly posts lyrics from a song, and tells you who the artist is with links to buy the song.  You can also submit your own.  Iphone app coming soon. Put together by Richard Felix Jr. and Chris Coyier.

Minimal Website

Not that most people care who are reading, but I finally am getting somewhere with my website redesign.  I thought I liked where it was going before, but it was over the top so I scrapped the whole thing and started over.  Now it is a pretty minimal and unobtrusive layout and navigation.

I’ve decided that minimalism in terms of a website is not as easy as it sounds.  Because to me, it is all of the small details that make it interesting, instead of boring.
